In the Top 100!

Thanks to everyone who's purchased a copy of Shots on Net during this first week of publication.

As of today, Shots on Net broke into the Top 100 of sports genre fiction on Amazon. I'm mixed in with the likes of Stephen King and James Patterson, which is pretty awesome if you ask me!

    I would still love to read both your books Play the Man and Shots on Net, but I don't own a Kindle and don't plan to buy one. Will your books be printed sometime soon? I really hope so!

      Hey, Judith! I don't have any immediate plans to print the books. Fortunately, you don't need a Kindle to read the books. All you need to do is download the Kindle app, which you can do on a tablet, smartphone, or computer.

    Hi, I just found your blog and books from Mel Ting's blog. I got Shots on Net and read it all evening, while watching games of my two fav hockey teams, I couldn't put it down long enough to give them full attention! But I have to say the ending killed me. It just abruptly ended and I felt rather unsatisfied. What happens next for Shay and Kevin? Are you writing another book about them? You better be!!!!

    I quite enjoyed the book, I read it straight through because I had to find out what happened with them. I did notice several editing issues, so you might want to give it another read through. Things like wrong tenses of verbs, missing words, a misspelled word, some wrong words. But it's wasn't too bad that I couldn't enjoy the plot. I'm going to look into your other book. Although I hope it doesn't end the same way!

      Thanks, AB, for reading the book and giving me your thoughts on it. You're one of the first feedbacks I've gotten on it, and I really appreciate it. I'm sorry if you felt unsatisfied with the ending. You might like Play the Man more, because the ending is pretty concrete while still leaving some things open ended.

Classy, Crafty, and Super Sassy

After releasing two books in the span of two months, I've been doing a bunch of different things. Some of it is working on what I've been calling my "Top Secret Project." I think it's gonna be a trilogy, taking place on a new team. I'm trying to get the entire trilogy ready for a quick release schedule. If I can manage it, I'll have it out by the end of the year, but no guarantees! I've also been enjoying my summer! Last year, I felt like I had wasted my summer. I didn't want that to happen this year. So I instituted Pool Day, which was every Wednesday at the community pool (weather permitting, of course). I went to see one of my favorite bands, Jimmy Eat World. I went to the zoo with my friend and her little one. I've already been to the Pittsburgh Renaissance Festival once, and I'm sure I will be going again. What else? I've tackled a huge project that's been sitting on my shelf for far too long. Autism Awareness Month Blog Hop

Autism Fact:    People from all nationalities and cultural, religious and social backgrounds can be autistic, although it appears to affect more men than women. I figured I’d be doing a good thing by participating in RJ Scott 's Autism blog hop and raising awareness about autism and living with the disability.
